No, they are not organic as we are using soluble fertilizer like in the hydroponic. Our products are clean and safe to consume directly. We use natural pesticides for pest control, remove weeds by hand, and the soil and water are free of heavy metals. 

Yes and No. Some of our products are seasonal, some are everlasting. Brussels sprouts and goldenberries are available in winter and spring. Strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and kale are available all year round.
